Lotus Construction and Management Consultants Private Limited (LCMC) is an ISO-certified engineering consultancy and the pioneer construction management, and project management firm in Sri Lanka.

LCMC is led by prominent structural engineers such as Prof. Priyan Mendis; a world-renowned engineer and researcher, Engineer Udayanga Alwis, the group CEO, and Engineer Kithmal Perera, the managing director; who are leaders in the field of structural and civil engineering in Sri Lanka. At LCMC, our main focus is quality assurance by delivering end-to-end innovative solutions that provide superior value to our clients.

LCMC takes the role of a construction management consultant for civil and building services, a cost consultant, and a project procurement consultant, while our services include planning, quality assurance & quality control, economical & sustainable solutions, oversight & controls, contract management, value engineering, and dispute resolution.
